Stainless Steel Super Pan® Cook-Chill Pans and Covers
Specially designed for use in the cook-chill process, these pans provide rapid, uniform chilling and rethermalization, allowing the pan to go directly from the oven to the blast chiller. These pans feature strong, reinforced corners and flattened edges that ensure a tight, efficient fit in food wells. Antijam stacking lugs ensure easy separation and lifting of the pan and the covers. They are available with or without handles and have a slightly deeper, snug fit that’s ideal for cook-chill, stacking and transport.
