New compact Vollrath® countertop warmer packs all of the convenience and versatility into half the size. Its stainless steel well keeps foods at optimal temperature for freshness and safety, no matter what size pans you use — half-size, fourth-size or sixth-size pans up to 6 inches deep. And thanks to 10 user-adjustable thermostatic settings, ranging from approximately 104°F to 212°F, you can depend on temperature consistency and power efficiency.
