Stainless Steel Super Pan V® Pans with SteelCoat x3™ Nonstick Interior

These pans feature SteelCoat x3 interior, the finest triple-bond nonstick coating available, in a dramatic black to enhance both hot and cold food presentations. With a temperature tolerance of -20°F to 450°F (-28°C to 230°C), you can cook, serve and display in the same pan. The interior is stain-resistant and dishwasher safe, but it should not be used with metal utensils. These pans also feature flat edges with higher rims to prevent loss of steam for increased efficiency.
