The tapered saucepan by Vollrath is thoughtfully designed and elegantly constructed. It’s made of impact-resistant, energy-efficient aluminum, so it is incredibly durable and will last for years. Featuring a smooth, natural finish, this pan ensures even heating along the base and walls for uniform results, while the double-thick rim and bottom help maintain the shape and resist dents. The new handle provides a cooler, more comfortable ergonomic grip and is heat resistant up to 450°F continuous use, 600°F intermittent use.
