The Vollrath® Wear-Ever Classic Select brazier pan is designed to withstand the rigors of high-volume kitchens. Made of heavy-gauge, impact-resistant aluminum, this brazier heats and cools quickly, while the double-thick bottom ensures consistency and eliminates hot spots. The shallow design requires smaller amounts of liquid and provides plenty of room for large food items. Solid, welded aluminum handles promise convenient transportation, and the smooth interior is easy to clean.
