It heats up and cools down quickly, and the pan’s concave bottom flattens for even heating. The natural finish ensures uniform results, and the tapered sides allow for convenient stacking. Featuring an aluminum reinforcing bead construction that is fully-encapsulated, this sheet pan offers an exceptional NSF-approved seal that prevents rust and adds strength without adding weight.
