Made of durable carbon steel, it heats quickly and evenly, and our advanced SteelCoat x3 takes nonstick to the next level, providing better release, faster cleaning and longer life. The new silicone handle provides a cooler, more comfortable ergonomic grip and is heat resistant up to 450°F continuous use, 600°F intermittent use.
