It features a flat bottom that allows this pan to sit level and curved sides that create the traditional stir-fry shape. The combination of stainless steel and aluminum ensures durability, induction compatibility and even heat distribution. The silicone TriVent handle withstands temperatures up to 450°F; offers a comfortable, ergonomic grip and minimizes heat transfer. This handle, is secured with the Ever-Tite™ riveting system, which promises a strong, secure connection and a lifetime limited warranty against loose rivets.
