Stainless steel and aluminum combine to ensure durability, induction compatibility, and even heat distribution. The new handle provides a cooler, more comfortable ergonomic grip and is heat resistant up to 450°F continuous use, 600°F intermittent use. And it’s secured with the Ever-Tite system, which promises a strong connection and a lifetime limited warranty against loose rivets.
