A permanently bonded ¼-inch bottom layer of aluminum and stainless steel provides even heating, exceptional durability and makes these sauce pots ideal for use with Vollrath® induction ranges. They have a combination satin and mirror finish that not only cleans up easily, it looks great and provides a professional appearance for demonstration cooking. These pans also feature a rounded lip, which makes pouring easy and adds pan strength where it counts, along with heavy-duty stainless steel loop handles that provide a sure, safe grip.
